The interview process is as fine as can be given that it was zoom. I was offered the role and declined because the windshield time for a very entry level position wasn't worth the entry level salary
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Syneos Health in Sep 2021
Interview
Really poor experience with recruiter send emails with open positions. Expressed interest the recruiter was too busy to speak with me passed me to another recruiter. Then followed with a video interview. Radio silence after that video interview. I continually followed up and was rejected. The same recruiter sent me additional positions, I asked questions and emails went unanswered. The company isn’t organized or at least the recruiter isn’t. I was later asked to do a last minute interview for a role. I wasn’t able to accommodate was rescheduled no follow up after the interview.

Question 1
Tell me a time you dealt with adversity during the selling process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Syneos Health (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
3 Interviews. 2 with managers for contract company and 1 with Syneos manager. Interviews were all very exciting and informative. Nothing too crazy like “sell me this pen”. Know information about what you’re applying to sell and show them you have an interest in selling.

Question 1
Are you comfortable trying to change habits & hear the word no? Why do you want to be in pharmaceutical sales?
I applied online. I interviewed at Syneos Health (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was structured and went well overall. It consisted of four stages: a recruiter call, a self-recorded video interview, a panel interview, and a final interview. Afterward, they mentioned conducting a background check, drug panel, and MVR check. The entire experience felt standard, and I found it to be a positive one.
