Very good interview process. I was contacted by a recruiter. They were respectful of my time and matched me to an open position. First interview was an informational meet and greet. Second interview was with the hiring manager. This had an even flow of questions and was more like a conversation. Final interview was with the client I would be working with. This was a video interview and included the client asking standard interview questions. Very pleasant and positive. They made a competitive offer and went through two rounds of negotiations before landing on the final deal. Syneos leaves rooms to negotiate some. Once the offer was accepted, they give you 2 days to complete the background investigation papers and then 3 days after that you must take a 5-panel urine drug test at Lab Corp. Fairly standard for the industry.
