Interview
I was first contacted by HR, and we had a short introductory phone call where we discussed my motivation and went through my CV. After that, I had an interview with the team manager, where we focused more on the role and my background. Finally, I had a conversation with a potential mentor.

Why do you want do work in clinical research rather than working in a pharmacy, hospital, or laboratory?
