Interview
The Synectiks interview process starts with resume-based selection. Shortlisted candidates proceed to the second round, an HR interview. Selected candidates then face a technical round focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
First I had an initial screening interview, followed by an online assignment with some coding tasks and broader questions. Finally had an interview in person interview which discussed my CV, experience, and asked some further coding questions.
