Just a normal phone screen. It was pretty short, about 15 minutes. The recruiter mentioned she read my portfolio and asked me some questions about my front-end development experiences. I got rejected after that.

I had an intro call where they explained the job position and the hiring process they asked me questions about my experience and skills, then I had a technical interview where I had to show my knowledge and skills and finally a culture fit meeting with part of Syndica team

Interview
I had 3 round of interviews. Recruiter screening call, followed by take home assignment followed by a culture fit call with many team members (including founders) over a zoom call. Interview difficulty level was average and had a good discussion during cultural fit. However, even after weeks there is no response on my application. So no offer till now.
