The interview process was one of the most intense I have been through, and for a good reason; they want to make sure they hire the right people. I first applied online, then spoke with a manager over the phone, which was followed up by a conversation with the CEO over the phone. After passing the phone interviews, I came in for in-person meetings in 3-4 different waves of interviews, on the same day. First, the CEO and I talked. Then, I spoke with the department manager. Next, I talked to a founder and the product department. After that was someone from the accounts department and someone from customer success. And I also met with the head of accounts at some point. I also had to prepare an app demo for them. It was a great process, extensive and draining, but well worth it! I would do it all over again for the job.
