Synapse Marketing Solutions interview questions

I spoke with two of their executives about the role and their company culture. It was a pleasant, congenial conversation, and I could picture myself working well with them. The dealbreaker for me was that their work-life balance didn't sound like what I was looking for. From what I could tell, they deal with deadline-driven overtime work about as often as most marketing agencies, which just wan't where I wanted to be at the time.

Phone interview, then in person interview. I had discussions about technical skills and how I communicated with the team. Eventually once they had enough information, I met the owner and president to see what they thought of me. Overall, a pleasant experience.
