Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. It began with an HR discussion covering my background, experience, and career aspirations. The technical rounds focused primarily on AI-related topics, including Generative AI concepts, AI-assisted software development, AI agents, prompt engineering, and practical AI use cases in enterprise applications. There were also discussions on my experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and my current project. The interviewers assessed both my technical expertise and my ability to apply AI to improve software development and business solutions.

Question 1
Although my primary experience is in Java and backend development, I've been actively learning and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor to improve development productivity, debugging, documentation, and code reviews.
Screen with a recruiter, then technical interview, then final interview with head of professional services. Everything was run on Microsoft Teams.
Technical questions are not difficult. A lot of the interview focused on my career intentions.
