I had my resume posted on Career Builder where my previous job history was in Finance. Received a phone call and talked for a minimum of 10 minutes on the phone before being hired. It is more about recuriting someone to your team than about hiring and teaching how to make the most of the position.

Pretty easy interview process, is a very independent and relaxed job. Very much a 1099 position. Can sometimes give off mlm vibes. The interview was overall pretty seamless though, some interviewers did cohorts or group interviews.
