Was greeted and sat in an office by the head of HR, was a fast interview and it was a fairly easy interview I got offered the job on the spot and I accepted.

Interview
The interview is simply a short process with word of mouth recommendations from current or previous employees. A simple process with no form filling or online application. The jobs are advertised nationally and often come up at jobs fairs. Not much more can be said on this issue. Extremely easy to get into even if you have a criminal record.
