The whole experience was shambolic and chaotic and if I got a job offer I would of happily declined. A week after my interview I received an invite to come in for an interview that didnt exist and to give them documents they already had.I also wasnt happy with how my personal documents were handled I saw stacks of forms left laying around and Ive had to request they destroy my personal documents.If you cant be organised at the recruiting stage and not show cracks you will never get the best candidates.

Interview
Simple group interview to get to know you, and overview of the company. Some, paperwork to prove ability to work, and competency . Just provide safety application along with interest the company.
Simple phone interview followed by an in person interview. Applications are online and then a phone interview, in person interview, and potentially a final phone interview. It is relatively simple
Quick and easy but it seemed like they hire anybody. The questions are super vague and it feels like they are trying to just get people in the door but they don’t care about retention
