From my experience there was no interview. I was chosen based on my experience on my C.V. I was invited to attend to a class which goes on for a week. They talk about the company, they give you a tour of the work place, and you do a computer test everyday for a week. If you pass, you a offered a job on a trail period. If all goes well, you get offered a contract.

Why do you want to work for us? Talked about the company itself and how they handled flights for United and explain to me the job responsibilities and how the process works and that it is not a normal job like you’ll be working hours, but also getting experience
A few questions more so ID needed passport driving license 5 year history from Hmrc ask you about yourself why, you want to work here, takes a few days for an answer usually by phone call or e-mail also some paperwork to be filled out

Interview was easy 10mins no hard questions at all Ask you simple questions then they set an appointment for you for a face to face interview. Basically tell you what to bring and what your gonna be doing
