Title: Disorganized Interview Process and Very Low Pay Interview Experience: Negative I attended an open interview at this hotel after being scheduled for a specific time. Unfortunately, the interview process was extremely disorganized. They did not follow the scheduled interview times at all, and candidates were left waiting for hours with no communication or updates. I personally waited over 4 hours just to be seen, which felt very disrespectful of applicants’ time. When the interview finally happened, it was rushed and did not feel professional. On top of that, the pay being offered was very low compared to the time commitment and expectations discussed. Overall, the experience showed a lack of organization and consideration for candidates. I would not recommend this interview process unless significant improvements are made.

Visited the offices near Bristol International Airport. They did a group interview first and then an individual interview. The interview was good. I got a call-back that same week of interviewing with them.
