Applied online and received a call inviting me for an interview
Interview consisted of an exercise to introduce the person next to you followed by a 20 minute numeracy and literacy test, literacy test very simple, numeracy takes some basic working out (addition.multiplying,averages,etc)
Those who were successful for the test were invited to a 121 interview

Te contactan por mail a una entrevista online grupal y luego a la presencial, son amables y cordiales, me gustó la entrevista aunque no quedé, lo unico negativo es que tu postulacion qjeda en la nada porque no te avisan si no quedas.

Had a 1 to 1 interview with very friendly representatives. The interview was chill and the questions were what you’d expect- scenario based and just trying to work out if you align with their company.

Name a scenario where I worked with a colleague to diffuse a situation
Only HR were involved in the process and interview, very efficient and detailed but the lack of possibility to talk to the manager before the job was odd to me
