I applied online, and was sent an email asking to attending an assessment day. I arrived at the assessment day and I was surprised I was the only candidate there. I thought it was a bit strange as the email suggested group tasks etc. A brief overview of the role and Swissport was given, a few questions then a literacy and numeracy test. These were easy and there is a time limit of 25 mins. Then there was the standard interview with various questions. I wasn’t given a good overal impression of the company upon leaving the interview I decided it was not for me.
