Applied for the job in mid August. Got email for interview 2.5 months later. It seemed like it was a bot that scheduled the interview. My original interview was cancelled and rescheduled at company’s request. Reschedule was at 8 am on a Friday that I thought was a bit odd. Interviewers seemed like they were winging it and couldn’t directly answer most of my questions. They were not very prepared. Not impressed with company and glad it didn’t work out.

The first round consisted in recording some video answers to some questions. Had to log onto a platform and once started the process had to complete it. The answers had to be max 90 seconds long. You had 3 attempts at recording. It was actually ok because you had time to think over your answer before recording again. Then I had an interview with a hiring manager. It was actually quite comfortable and easy, I expected more technical questions, but I guess it depends on the manager. Finally had another interview with a senior team member.
