The interview was conducted with direct team members. They explained what their team's job is and what they expect from me. They asked me couple of questions about my experience and my knowledge about insurance/reinsurance.

After submitting application, received VI invitation in a week. There are 4 questions in the VI but only last about 5 min. It’s a video recording so you have three times to record your answer.

Fairly technical, very friendly. Gave a good overview of the company along with a clear vision on the job responsibilities along with pay scale. Questions were relevant to the job description and nothing unimaginable.
