I applied in-person. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Hyderābād)
Interview
I attended a face-to-face interview for a Data Engineer role. My interview was scheduled for 11 AM, but due to the large number of candidates, my turn came around 5 PM. After waiting the entire day, I was already frustrated. On top of that, the interviewers focused mainly on PL/SQL questions, whereas the JD clearly mentioned skills like PySpark, Python, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Factory. Overall, the interview process did not align with the role requirements and felt completely mismatched.

They asked PL/SQL in azure data engineer round where they clearly mentioned pyspark, python, ADB and adf required. They just mentioned good to have sql but they asked questions only on stored procedure .
It has 4 rounds. First two rounds will be technical, and third round is regrading previous project and case study. 4th is HR. Overall, I can say medium difficulty. Case study was bit difficult.
