Swift and directional interview process. The staff was delightful and pleasant and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. The phone interview was a breeze and it was really about agency fit. The internal interviews were challenging in a good way. The staff asked pointed, specific questions. However the exchange didn't feel difficult due to the conversational quality to the experience.

How do you stay up to date with advancements and trends in the field?
The process was relatively smooth and breezy, it took about thirty minutes or so and was conducted over zoom with the manager. They were very clear and communicative in the process.
