1st interview was a Teams meeting with prospective boss.
2nd interview was Teams meeting with employees at the same level. But not directly on my team.
3rd interview was Teams meeting with skip level boss.

It’s all about connections and hypocrisy. Salary range for a high level job is below the average. After all the series of technical interviews, the final interview is an HR person who will ask you about technical questions to see if you hit the checklist in the job description as if he understood what you are talking about.
