Recruiting firms wonder why they have a bad reputation. Well, it’s because of firms Ike this one. Ghosting, lack of responsiveness, no feedback, and only surface level information of the clients they represent. Why companies hire firms like this is beyond me. Do they not understand that the recruiting firm is a representation of their company and, when they create a bad candidate experience, by extension the sentiment is bestowed upon the client organization? AI can’t render this industry obsolete soon enough.
