CV with a picture required and then you have the 1st round of interviews with the school director. She talks with you about your experience and avoids answering any questions you might have. The 2nd round is where you are asked to give a "pretend" class in front of her and the secretary. Again she avoids answering any questions. Then she informs you if you are good for the job.
