systematic approach. Panel took notes as i spoke. Clinical questions caught me off guard as I was not expecting to have to diagnose patients. However, panel was friendly and welcoming. Overall, good experience
The interview process took a little under 30 minutes. Interviewer was very nice. Be prepared for standard personality questions. There were only a few scenario questions from what I remembered.

Interview was very basic with two assistant managers. They asked about 6 behavioral questions in somewhat of a conversation format. After the I had to get five references to fill out a survey. Two of the references had to have been past managers. It took about 4 days to find out I got the job.
