Was a direct interview with two members of the specific section of the company I applied with. They asked general questions you'd expect from an interview, then a series of decision-making questions and logic puzzles. There were some poker & gambling related questions thrown in to get an idea of how your thought process works. Overall a very pleasant interview which looked to get information about you as a person rather than have you re-state your resume in person.
