There was a screener call initially from a recruiter (or HR), topics are your background, general HR stuff etc.
Next step is to be on site with whiteboard and technical discussions, going over the relevant skills needed for the job (systems knowledge, debugging issues, networks etc.)

The process began with a phone interview, where I discussed my qualifications, experiences, and alignment with the role's requirements. it was not hard but I was just too nervous because it was my first phone interview experience and to be honest not went as planned.

First 10 minutes were behavioral questions about myself and interest in certain position
Then I got questioned about my past experiences and familiarity with servers, routers
There were couple questions about my projects which I stated in resume + some projects outside of academics
