Recruiter was nice, she was friendly. She started right away to assess my knowledge in probability. It was fairly quick, it took 30 minutes to complete the first interview. But you need to know Bayes Theorem.

Just the paper test part, it's quite hard and need to be strong in math. You will need to do dozens of problem-solving math problems. Time is tight, and you need to be time sensitive, or you will miss several questions.

The interview process was smooth, with clear communication. Technical questions were challenging but fair, and interviewers were friendly. Timely updates were provided, but waiting between stages felt a bit long.
