Many agents think I am very suitable for the job and I do think my background and skills match most of the requirements(in fact, since every company has its own unique culture and environment, nobody can completely match every item for any job, right?), but SIG just give the reason 'have no the most direct experience' to one of my agents. I think it is really unreasonable.
