I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Nov 2009
Interview
First round consists of strictly fit-type questions (usually telephone): "how do you feel about Philly?", "why SIG?", etc.
Second round gets tougher: basic probability. "mean of a dice roll", etc.
Third round is on-site in Philly office: Panel with CEO (or CFO, can't remember) posing as an HR person; nice gimmik, I suppose. Quick-thinking questions (square-root of .16), drinks, panel questions with other interviewees, team work.
