I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Really sloppy approach and interview process.
I applied online for the company, and they came back few days later directly by phone. First mistake. Please consider the applicant may be working. It would be better to approach first by e-mail. Then I received tons of information in 5 minutes, that of course I couldn't process., and some questions about my background.
After that, they sent me an e-mail with additional information and a link for a technical test. The test was easy (solved during the weekend). They promise to come back with the results ASAP, and even said ' do not hesitate to ask as many questions about the role as you need'. No further communication for 2 weeks, even after a couple of reminders. Got an e-mail recently saying 'thanks for attending the interview but we will not be progressing with your application' (I never attended, just had a call a technical test).

Interview
Was pretty easy, 1 round of phone screen interview + 2 - 4 hours of onsite final round. Onsite is scheduled to take place in person in the office.
Interviews were pleasant to talk good and experience was quite good.

Interview
The OA consists of four LeetCode questions, needed to be done within 70 min. Highly recommend revising how to do the int-string conversion in the language you will use. The problems themselves are not hard, but better to have a clear high-level view before you code.

Interview
Recruiter call focused on resume walkthrough, past experience, and overall culture/vibe fit. Next steps include an onsite technical interview, followed by 3–4 team-matching technical interviews, all typically scheduled on the same day.

Question 1
They mainly asked me to walk through my resume—focusing on one key project, my specific contributions, challenges I faced, and how I solved them, along with some light behavioral questions to gauge overall fit.
