Recruiter contacted me via e-mail to set up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes, first 20 minutes consisted of giving a background about yourself, why SIG, why did you choose your major in college, and what other skills do you have (excel, database). The last part of the interview consisted of logic questions, all of these can be found on here but I'll post them again. Definitely review these because they will definitely ask them and it's much easier to study them instead of coming up with the answers when they ask.
Did not advance past phone interview because I did not have enough experience and not enough Access knowledge. Would definitely encourage individuals with above average problem solving skills and interest in the financial markets to apply. SIG seems like it has very laid back atmosphere and full of very smart people.
