Since I was a non-local candidate, did several skype interviews. Some with hiring manager, some with engineers on the team. Was asked questions about experience related to position. Was finally given an offer, however, I felt the offer was low for somebody with my experience, especially given the cost of living out in the bay area. I believe the manager had given me a junior developer offer since they said I was coming on as a 'junior developer', but when I pushed back and said I currently work above the level of junior, there was backtracking. Offer included no relocation, no 401K, no bonus, and little equity. Very nice people and seemed like I could fit, but the offer just wasn't up to par.
