I applied online. Within a few days they called me for a phone interview, then a few days later i met with a manager. I called back to check. They asked me to come back and I met the owners.

Interview
I met with the manager/owners. An elderly man and his wife. They seamed very nice at first, but as they started asking questions, I got the feeling they were a bit paranoid, and had no real training in business etiquette or legal aspects of management.

Interview
Met with owner Les Surfas who seems like a nice older gentleman who has just been unfortunate in running across a few bad employees...deceiving at the very least. When explained to about the culture, co-workers and expectations, I was told that the culture was more like a family, that employees have been there for long times and he was very easy going and just wanted you to get the work done, which was all complete lies. This is a hostile work environment, with an extremely high turnover rate in all his departments! Blames his employees for bad management of business and finances. Does pay any of his vendors on time! Don't be fool by his friendly demeanor...
