Interview
First was a brief phone call with the talent acquisition manager about what I currently do and the potential role. Second was an online logic test... I have never been asked to complete something like that before. It entailed completing patterns in a sequence. Next was another phone call with the manager of the team I was applying for. This call included a few questions about setting up equations with basic ratios. Not hard, but not something I had expected. Next was an in person interview with the recruiter, manager, and a VP. I found the company wasn't for me and didn't continue through the following steps, but the first steps of the interview process in general was nice and semi straight forward.
