The assessment was done online, after filling out the forms and sending the resume with samples of my work. I applied in November last year, never got the final result. I only got a generic email response that they are still looking at my profile and will get in touch in two weeks or longer. Didn't expect to be longer than 6 months tho. I have spent few hours to apply, disappointed that it was all for nothing. Waste of my time and effort.

Question 1
Bunch of logical tasks and questions, sort of an IQ test. The last part of the assessment is a trial - I was given a specific criteria to research for some leads. Needed to track the time since it was limited. It also included the usual interview questions "why do you want to work for us" and salary expectations.

A very vague job description.
No clear requirements or criteria.
Little to no interaction with applicant.
Many typos ("serious" instead of "series", etc.) throughout the process and some unambiguous questions/hints ("state your desired income, but be warned, we have plenty of work available!") during online application make it obvious that they searching for cheapest workforce possible.
