Superduper interview questions

I had a poor experience interviewing with SuperDuper. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes, but the interviewer showed up 25 minutes late, and there was no communication ahead of time to let me know about the delay. I had even sent an email to HR notifying them of my availability, and no one mentioned any changes. When the interviewer finally arrived, it was only 5 minutes before the time we had left would be over, and he acted as if nothing was out of the ordinary. After I expressed my confusion, he briefly apologized, claiming to have sent an email about the delay—but it turned out he sent it to the wrong person. It felt disorganized and unprofessional, to say the least. The interview itself was no better. It dragged on for over an hour, beyond the scheduled time, and the interviewer seemed more focused on firing off standard interview questions rather than engaging in a genuine conversation. When I asked about the company’s projects (since there’s no information available on their website), he responded dismissively with “I know, right, mysterious...” It didn’t inspire much confidence. Overall, the whole experience felt poorly managed, and I left with more questions than answers about the company’s work culture and what they’re actually looking for. I’m not sure what they’re trying to achieve, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend interviewing with them.

I had a fantastic interview experience with Superduper. The interviewers were super friendly & warm, knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and my experience. The interview was really thorough, in-depth, insightful, and gave me a great understanding of the role & team.
