it all went really well applying online and it took about 5 days to hear back and i found out i had a phone call interview. after that i heard back in about 4 days to let me know that i have a face to face interview this week in the shop!

Easy and quick just answer a few questions for the role and be comfortable confident and don’t be afraid to ask questions and be yourself use the star method if asked a question about customers
Around 20 minutes of questioning, pretty expected and relevant questions, and then a shop floor test where she had to see how I’d perform if I was to be hired and how I interacted with customers
