I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Superdrug (Glasgow, Scotland) in Oct 2011
Interview
Manager wanted to see me in person before I applied for the job. I went for the job interview and it was very formal although it hadn't been made out to be a formal interview. I felt very pressurized by the woman that was with me to get the questions correct, and there was a full questioning about the products on top of a questionnaire about myself.

Question 1
It was unexpected that I would have to go around the store and find and write about Superdrugs 'best' products or 'cheapest'. It seems that would have been something thatv I would have expected of a first day or during training.
If you have had experience in customer service it will be fine, if not could be difficult as questions are based on times you’ve dealt with things obviously you can make it up

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Superdrug (London, England) in Aug 2025

Question 1
tell me about yourself, tell me a time you worked as part of a team, do you shop here and are you familiar with the shop, do you know about cosmetics and if not are you willing to learn about cosmetics
Asked basic interview questions (tell me about yourself etc). The interviewer was nice and made it seem less stressful. Definitely know a bit about the place before the interview as it helps
