Super Runners Shop interview questions

I got the job because I knew someone who worked there and got a recommendation. They prefer runners, which is stupid because just because you're a runner doesn't mean you know how to sell shoes and clothes and accessories. They ask about you're running stats, previous work experience, and basic are you friendly types of questions.
