In person I went and asked if they were hiring because I heard from a friend that they were. I was given an email address and sent my resume there and then was asked to come in for an interview a week later. She reviewed my resume with me and then I was offered a job on the spot. I had to complete a 2 week training session before I became an actual employee but the whole process was great.

Question 1
The most difficult question was about my schedule. I was a student at the time and had to decide if I was able to commit the time or not.
Normal conversational interview. Felt like a conversation rather than an interview. One in-person interview at the restaurant, but talked to the owner and general manager. The offer was on the same day.
