Sunshine Sachs interview questions

Interviewed with the head of the relevant department; I was interviewed due to a specialization I have, yet almost the entire conversation was focused on what business I could bring in and almost no questions about my skills, experience, or even seemingly, to check culture fit. The vibe was kind of catty and the communication was poor before and after the interview, so overall the experience was negative.

Interviewer had a lack of enthusiasm and obvious disinterest in representing his company professionally. When applying/interviewing with a communications agency, I expect clear communication, which was not what I experienced. Interview lasted a total of 20 minutes, and as someone who has been in PR for 10 years applying for a Senior Director level position, I was very surprised. I sent a thank you note & two follow ups only to get no response. Seems very careless & disorganized. Not sure why I was even interviewed to begin with.
