I had two Teams interviews: one with the manager of the team and another senior staff member and the second with the head of HR. The hiring manager was very responsive and scheduling interviews was quick and efficient. My first round was great - they seemed like a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team and I was excited to be asked to move forward in the process. The second interview was more of a get to know you call with the head of HR. It was friendly enough but there were several red flags that came up during the conversation and after reflecting for the weekend I ended up withdrawing my application because something felt off. After letting them know one of the team members asked if they could call me, I’m guessing to discuss, but never did.
