I submitted an online application and emailed my resume to the hiring manager. The process took three month and that only included two interviews. There was poor communication around the whole process. I was told they were only interviewing internal candidates. There was little feedback after the interview and the reason for not hiring me was that I would be bored in the job within six months. That after sitting on my resume for three months. I don't feel I was dealt with honestly which is disappointing given the amount of respect I have for the work of the company and the people at the top.
