Applied online; received email asking me to complete a "two hour online test" (took under 1.5 hours) consisting of IQ, Personality, Spatial/Pattern Recognition, Math, etc.; a few days later, I got a call from HR person for phone interview of about 30 minutes: asked about past work, why work at Sunquest, relevant experience, overall a very pleasant interview. Second interview with project manager, who focused on clinical experience I didn't have; tougher interview, but the questions were fair.
