I had 3 interviews for this position. One with the recruiter, one with the Manager, and one with the assistant managers. They were all great people and I enjoyed my conversations, but this felt like an unnecessarily lengthy process

How are you with a constantly changing work environment
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sunnyside Dispensary in Mar 2022
Interview
Took about a month total to go through both the intital phone interview and then a week or so later had a virtual interview.
Took 2 more weeks to get an answer regarding if I'm being offered the job or not.
I was told I would hear back in a couple days if I got the position or not and instead I waited about 2 weeks. Im also not sure why I wasn't selected since my interview went well and I even have a certification that confirms I have a basic understanding of the responsibilities of a dispensary associate. I was just told in the email that the managers enjoyed meeting me and learning about my previous experience but no actual reason why I wasn't selected which is disappointing.
