I marked this as "Very Difficult" because navigating and managing the process with the recruiter was borderline impossible. It all makes sense after being hired though. Sunnova just doesn't prioritize people. They also hired me for a different role and after starting the role I quickly realized that it was a role that warrants a much larger salary. Pretty dirty move.
