Sunland RV Resorts interview questions

I was interviewed on the phone. Then the CEO/President came to Florida to review potential properties to purchase. We spent 12 hours driving around the State. He discussed his ideology for his business.. He stated that he wants to run the Ritz Carlton's of RV parks. He currently owns 10 resorts which 5 of them would be more Urban Living then Ritz Carlton. I expressed that a combination of property styles makes economical sense. I then went to Palm Desert to view the property and officially be offered the position.
