You have an initial interview process with the Store or Center Manager, then you go home, fill out a Candidate Assessment to see you fir the core values of the company. After all is complete, the management team will call you back and reach out to schedule another interview with the District Manager.

It was easy because I was already working as a sales associate. Hiring process is very fast and easy, get done with all paper work in a couple of days.

Interview
i submitted a resume, then was called the next day to formally apply online. i did that, a week later i received a call from the store manager for an interview the following week, a week later, he called and said i made it through to the district manager interviews, then a week later i had an "audition" which lasted for an hour where i stood in the store, attempted to sell on the sales floor and even learned so training and product knowledge.
I was not offered the position. The interview process was incredibly lengthy and after each interview you're led to believe your one step closer to getting the position. I wasted a month of my life interviewing for this position.
