I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut in Oct 2019
Interview
Very positive experience. I applied online and got a call inviting me to the interview/recruitment drive. At the day there were about 25-30 of us and we entered a room filled with managers from around the region. We all sat down in groups of 4 on tables. The managers introduced each other. We then were told to ask the person next to us their name, favorite brand of sunglasses and something unique about them, and then present the person to the rest of the room. We then were showed some presentations about the company etc. After that, each group were given 10 mins to make some sort of show or presentation on one sunglass brand which were given to us. After that there were 1 on 1 interviews - 1 manager with one candidate. They asked us about our availability, what stores we would like to work at and about ourselves. Overall a very relaxed and fun interview. Everyone including the interviewers were very sweet.

Interview
Very nice, very chill, if you vibe well, is energetic and bubbly the manager would love you. Must be enthusiastic. Manager was a bit strict, however if you honestly vibe with her you will get the job. Be proactive and bring your resume too.
Very quick about 10 minute individual interview, basic customer service questions and personal questions e.g. How would you handle a difficult customer? Tell me a bit about yourself? What's your favourite brand?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you tell me about an experience how you handled a difficult customer?
