I had 7 interviews with random people in the building. There were some technical questions given by engineers but most were personality questions or situational questions. They took several months through the process and then another candidate was chosen over me.

Interview
Started with a phone interview with HR. Then onsite with HR, the hiring manager, and a director with engineering background. Red flag not interviewing my coworkers. Long back and forth negotiation. 1 week turned into 10K. Don't take the first offer.
