Paper application, face to face interview, job experiences, work ethic, took about 15 minutes very friendly, asked about prior work attendance. Job shadowing, phone interview afterwards, then 3 days paid training

Not really impressed, the manager was late for the interview and the question were robotic boiler plate . Also his attire was not as professional as i expected.
He hated wearing ties
